I have been thinking about doing a Hallowe'en tutorial so this is what I was playing with, it's just a quick practice so I'll spend more time on the tutorial.
Rather than do something dark and scary I decided to do something bright and creative. This look could be used with loads of different colour combinations.
Products used:
Barry M Dazzle Dusts
Gold
Emerald Green
Cherry
Black Gold
Nouba Bronze Liquid Eye Liner
Oh and by the way, it came off really easily with my make up remover!
Oh wow that gold colour is amazing. xx
ReplyDeleteThe gold is beautiful! Silly question but how did you manage not to get any fall out and for it to stick so well?

I love that gold, it's a stunning colour. It sorta reminds me of a butterfly wing. Ohh that's made me think of doing a gilded butterfly design.

Glad you like it, you can make the shapes more complex to suit your style! I use pigments wetted and then dab dry pigments over the top to even out colour and texture. There will be some fall out, so leave foundation and concealing until the end (you'll need less also as most of your face is covered in pigments anyway!).
ReplyDeleteWow! That is stunning!
ReplyDeletefab! the colours are fantastic :o)
ReplyDeleteOooh lovely. This is inspiring me to be Cleopatra for Halloween so I can go crazy with gold pigments. ;)
ReplyDeletewow! the gold dazzle dust is amazing! x
